The Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education, Thammasat University, values participatory leadership -- every member of the Faculty can communicate their opinions, file complaints, report issues, and receive equal care, in service of a learning community that respects everyone's voice.
Students, staff, faculty, partner networks, and visitors to the Faculty can therefore file complaints, report issues, give feedback, and receive well-being care through the channels below.

Report IT and audiovisual equipment issues via LINE OA: LSEd Helpdesk, to help improve the Faculty's equipment, software, and technology services.

Report any discipline, ethics, harassment, or discrimination issue within the Faculty's premises or scope of work through the link below, so it can be addressed, remedied, and prevented. Reports go to the Faculty's Committee on Discipline, Complaints, and Personal Data Protection.
Request "Mind Rescue Volunteer" (อาสากู้ใจ) support from the Faculty's LSEd Well-being Centre through the link below, for mental well-being care for students and staff.
This service is available to students and staff of the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education only.
Send a complaint or suggestion directly to the Dean through the link below, covering student matters and support for staff work as appropriate. Submissions go directly and solely to Asst. Prof. Dr. Adisorn Juntrasook, and require logging in with an @lsed.tu.ac.th email address.
