Highlights of the Program
The Master of Education in Learning Innovation program was established to meet the learning needs of people in the digital era. It provides opportunities for those interested in learning innovation to develop their 21st century learning facilitation skills. Learners can choose to study when and where convenient, as well as customize their learning within the bounds of the objectives and activities of each subject. The available subjects cover learning technology and innovation as well as skills for leadership and changemaking in the digital era, and integrate various perspectives, such as natural science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and liberal arts. The instructors have diverse fields of expertise, which helps to broaden learners’ perspectives and understanding of human nature, drawing on social sciences and humanities as well as scientific reasoning. The instructors do not just lecture about learning theories, but also create diverse, online learning experiences, such as discussions and sharing viewpoints. The program offers both synchronous and asynchronous learning activities to enhance learners’ understanding of learning-related concepts and theories and how they are applied in the real world.
Who is this program suitable for?
The program is suitable for those who want to develop their abilities and skills in self-directed learning, critical judgment, leadership, and communicating with the public. These skills are in high demand by society and by domestic as well as international labor markets, not exclusively in jobs that directly deal with learning. Through this program, individuals in various fields can develop their skills and readiness for new types of work. Tomorrow’s labor markets need people who can solve complex problems, think creatively and flexibly, and can evaluate options and make justified decisions. To navigate tomorrow’s labor markets, individuals need to keep learning and developing themselves, because the digital-era society is very complex and in constant flux. Continuous skill development is crucial for building a high-quality labor force and meeting the needs of an innovative drive economy.
